As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the minister said setting up new centres involves multiple processes, including the creation of posts, acquisition of land, construction requirements, and a series of inter-departmental consultations, which have not been initiated as of now. Replying to another query, the minister said 16 veterinary centres are currently functional in the Zainapora Constituency. He said the sanctioned staff strength for these centres stands at 53, and all 53 positions are fully staffed.
